Product Description
This is a superb quality and very large Ming Dynasty pottery figure dating from 1368-1644 AD. The court Female Attendant is standing on a Yellow glazed lotus flower over high hexagonal green plinth and wears fine robes in matching green and yellow glazes. The unglazed areas have pigmented colors in red, black and white. Finely painted facial details. The head is detachable, as often seen on the larger figures from this period. The female figure holds Royal Tea in front of her chest.
