Product Description
The Guerrero Silver Dance Mask is a highly decorated, heavy sheet silver mask with high relief decoration depicting a mans face with a long and curly beard. Two snakes decorate his forehead. The mask has pierced ears with two hollow-ware zoomorphic head earrings. Chin rest on the reverse. Lined on the interior with the original cloth backing, which gave some comfort when worn. Three suspension holes along the edges. Intact, overall excellent condition. Rare to find a silver example.
