Product Description
The Chinese Famille Rose porcelain saucer features a medallion shape with three flowers, a fu bat, and the symbol for longevity. Due to the homophony of the Chinese word fu for “bat”, and fu for “prosperity and good fortune” the bat has become a symbol for good luck, often found in red, the color of joy.
No chips, cracks, crazing. Loss of color commensurate with age. Stand not included.
