The Apulian Trefoil Oinochoe is a fantastic, black glazed terracotta vessel with an acorn-shaped body, incised grooves on the shoulder forming ribs, a ridge at the neck, and a trefoil mouth. There is some very minor lip edge roughness, but the piece is otherwise intact and in overall excellent condition. Magnificent example of the grandeur of classical Greek art. This piece comes mounted on a Lucite block base.
