Product Description

The Musha Daimyo series’ Oda Nobunaga Katana depicts the legendary warrior and leader in a uniquely detailed Maru Gata style tsuba. Nobunaga was a powerful daimyo, or feudal lord, in 16th century Japan. Known for his might in combat, he earned the nickname the Demon Daimyo. Between alliances and military conquests, he unified half of Japan under the rule of the shogun.

This katana features a unique integrated Bo-Hi on the handle. Bo-Hi, commonly known as blood grooves, reduces the weight of the katana. This lets the user wield the katana smoothly, reducing stress on the hands, in addition to aiding advanced cutting techniques that require the katana to change direction rapidly.
