From the Musashi Gold Series comes this intricately hand crafted Daisho set that includes both a Katana and Wakizashi. Both blades are hand forged using the Kobuse-kitae process with 1060 high carbon steel and1045 steel, folded to add up to an astonishing 3456 layers. The result is a beautiful and resilient blade with a unique hamon pattern.
This “Daisho” set comes with the full size katana as well as the matching wakizashi. it is a must-have for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. The wood handle is real ray skin wrapped in traditional black cotton cord. Each sword is individually numbered on the tang.
