What age is this appropriate for?Although nearly any age CAN perform this trick. The smaller the individual the smaller the items you can make disappear (coins, bottle cap, etc). And larger individuals can vanish bigger items (a deck of cards, crushed water bottle, etc). With the setup and learning it’s probably best to be at least 12, or if younger will need adult help.
Are the tricks really that easy to perform?Depending on age and effort, this specific trick is considered "intermediate". With fairly minimal practice, nearly anyone can do this.
