Like a real personal trainer, Move It shows you exactly how to do the exercises, corrects your form for best results, and counts the reps and calories to track your progress toward your fitness goals. The smart handles accurately measures over 40 different exercise movements and instantly alerts you if your form is incorrect. Move It Pro is an all-in-one compact home gym and personal training system (Resistance band, Ab Wheel, Jump Rope and Push Up Stands). The robust companion app (iOS and Android) counts the reps and calories burned. Work out on your own or choose from a wide range of video workout programs created by professional trainers. Move It Pro comes with additional resistance band weights (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 LB), standard and professional grade jump ropes plus a workout mat for your knees.

The core of Move It are Smart Handles, which are interchangeable, with a common socket adapter that plugs into all of Move It’s equipment for a flexible workout. Seven sensory detection are installed in the handles including 3D Gyro Sensors and Pressure Sensors, providing accurate tracking on reps count and calories burn, as well as detection on different movements. The handles are connected to Move It App via Bluetooth v4.0, providing a 7 to 8 hours battery life with only 1.5 hour's charging. All of this makes it incredibly mobile, so you can work out absolutely everywhere.
