Is this belt ideal for conceal and carry?

Yes, these belts can be used to conceal and carry.

Once you cut it, does the end begin to fray?

We suggest lightly burning the edges after cutting the belt!

Does the buckle fit through belt loops or must you remove the buckle and then re-attach after putting through loops?

You'll remove the whole buckle from one side of the belt and then re-attach afterward.

Is there a video or instruction sheet that will show how to "thread" the webbed portion?

There is no video instructions. In order to thread the belt you will feed the webbing through the first slot (closest to the center of the release) going from the back of the buckle through the front. Once the webbing is through the first slot and now sticking out the front, now feed the webbing back through the second slot to tighten!

How wide is the actual belt not counting the buckle?

The width of the belt is 1.75".

Is the belt made of Elastic?

No, the belt is made of durable heavy duty nylon.
