Classic design meets a modern aesthetic in Tip Top. The wet rated aluminum construction and versatile styling allows Tip Top to cool a sun-facing porch, or a stylish living room. The Modern Forms app allows for seamless integration of this innovative smart fan with your smart home controls and voice control devices, including Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings.

Sync with the exclusive Modern Forms app to control fan speed, use smart features like Adaptive Learning, create groups, and reduce energy costs. Bluetooth compatible offers improved range, and an unlimited amount of fans can be control with remote or wall control within range.

Modern Forms Fans are made with incredibly efficient and completely silent DC motors and are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. Every fan is factory-balanced and sound tested to ensure each fan will never wobble, rattle, or click.

The replaceable LED luminaire is powered by WAC Lighting and features smooth and continuous brightness control. An optional cover is included to conceal luminaire. Each fan is also ETL and cETL Wet Location Listed for indoor or outdoor use.
