Fresh strawberry and white flowers on the perfumed, mineral-laced nose. In a delicate, precise style, with nervy red fruit and orange pith flavors that show very good energy and cut. Closes stony, floral and long, with a touch of bitter citrus zest. This pink Champagne would work fabulously with sashimi or fresh goat cheeses."
