Every piece from Metalbird is proudly manufactured in the US by three small, family-owned factories. Crafted from bullet-proof Corten® steel, each one is carefully cut and crafted with impressive detail and designed to be easy to install. Please Note: If the wood is too hard for installation, drill a hole a little smaller than the spike, then hammer it in firmly making sure there is no movement in the bird.

Yes, it is safe. For the past 10 years, we have not come across any issues regarding damage or distress on trees.
We take conservation and tree safety very seriously around Metalbird HQ!

They also look great installed anywhere, and most of our birds actually end up installed on the side of a house, indoors in flower pots, or on the fence.
