The Park Plaza is the triple-rivet, full exposed tang version of Messermeister’s stamped German knife series.  They are one-piece, die-cut from a single billet of fine German stamping stainless steel alloy.  Park Plaza knives are hand assembled with over-sized, triple-rivet, industrial quality scales by 3rd and 4th generation knife artisans in Solingen, Germany.
