The footrest is placed on top of (not screwed onto) a polished aluminum frame that allows the surface of the footrest to move with you. In addition to keeping your legs comfortable, lifting your feet even slightly helps tip your pelvis backward so you sit further back in your seat—helping you maximize the ergonomic benefits of your chair so you can play longer, better, and more comfortably.

What’s the difference in the sizes of the footrest?

The size of the footrests platforms are the same. The difference is in the height of the frame. One places the platform 3" off of the floor, the other is 6".
