Rosaluna is an all-natural, handmade agave spirit distilled in the rolling hills of Santiago, Matatlán—the heartland of mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico. Made with a little magic and none of the bad stuff, the bright notes can be enjoyed by the Mezcal newbie, the Mezcal connoisseur, and everyone in between too.

The recipe includes just three ingredients: 8-year-old agave, water, and a lot of love. Roasted agave hearts and their delicious caramel notes lead the way, while spices like ginger and cinnamon are woven throughout. The aroma is complex and layered with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, pineapple, and pear. Leading with a hint of agave smoke, Rosaluna finishes with a subtle layer of sweet fruit and baking spice.
