A highly versatile addition to any kitchen, this Stovetop Oven Grill Pan features low and wide ribs that are great for grilling, but also allows you to stir fry and sauté. The steam releasing, heat trapping lid retains heat inside but avoids condensation, creating an oven-like environment on the stovetop.

Without the lid, the pan itself is oven safe up to 480°F. The cast aluminum construction provides even heat distribution, and the cooking surface uses ILAG's GRANITEC triple layer nonstick coating, which is free of PFOA and heavy metals.

The beautiful interior and exterior finish lets you go straight from stove top to table top. It's a pan and a serving dish all in one. The lid will help keep food warm and crisp, thanks to its steam ventilation.
