Antique Silver + Copper Guitar Pick
Product Description
This standard .8mm 351 style Antique Silver + Copper Guitar Pick has been handcrafted from late 1800's era silver plated copper by Master Artisan Guitar Picks in Nashville, Tennessee. Upcycled from 1800's British silver plated copper, the 1800's deco design on the face of each pick is completely one-of-a-kind, and every piece is completely different. The reverse is smooth with no design. This silver plated copper guitar pick feels like a standard guitar pick in the hand, but produces a brilliant tonal palette with rich harmonics and increased volume. The use of metal guitar picks began in the late 1800's when acoustic guitarists started using coins as plectrums due to their availability, volume and tonal properties. Contemporary players such as Eddie VanHalen, Billy Gibbons, Brian May, Rickey Medlocke, Phil Collen, and many others regularly use metal guitar picks to enhance the tone of their own distinct guitar performances and recordings.
