About the Designer

Carmen Zambrano is a mexican Industrial Designer graduated from Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana. In 2007 she fell in love with jewelry during a scholar project in which she was working in partnership with craftsmen at a silver workshop in Zacatecas, the city with the biggest jewelry production in our country.
She worked for a North American jewelry brand on its Mexico City facilities and then in 2010, after win the Mexican Design Biennale, she created LUSASUL, her own jewelry brand that follows the belief of taking simple ideas and stories to transform them into delightful and extraordinary designs.
