How long the luminescent last?

The dial markers will remain clearly visible for the whole night provided sufficient activation by sunlight or by fluorescent light has occurred.

Is there an anti-reflective coating on watches with a sapphire crystal?

The Lum-Tec watches have an anti-reflective coating on all sapphire crystals. On the B50 model specifically, both sides of the crystal are coated.
