Añejo is an authentic 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila made using the traditional method. Crafted from 7-10 year mature agave sourced from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, it is slow-roasted in brick ovens, slow-fermented, double distilled, and aged for 18 months in bourbon barrels, ensuring a rich, additive-free experience.

Tasting Notes:
— Nose: Roasted pineapple, peppery floral perfume, toasted oak, vanilla bean
— Palate: Roasted peppers, orange blossom, tropical fruit, chocolate, orange, sugar cookies
— Finish: Sweet, long, with chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche
