Product Description

This handmade viscose area rug is crafted by master artisans for an atmospheric look that brings any room together. Made with a blend of natural and synthetic yarn for the durability and rich color of synthetic fibers, plus the softness and natural variations of real yarn, the hand-knotted weaving work is carried out by hand with the traditional Tibetan knotting system. Using a vertical loom, the yarn is looped around a rod, woven through two warps and hammered into rows. After washing and drying, the rug is stretched in a metal frame to maintain a symmetrical rectangular shape.
