Leyenda de México is a 100% female operated distillery— from the farming down to the bottling process. Their tequila is aged for 9 years in American and French white oak barrels with Canadian oak chips. This reflects notes of wood, cooked agave, vanilla, hazelnuts and roasted almonds, black olives, and chocolate. The flavor is strong, leaving it to linger on the palate.

Winner of the Triple Gold at the MicroLiquor Spirits Awards, the Wixarika Bottle Special Edition Tequila is an ode to the culture and popular Mexican arts. Inspired by the beauty of traditional Wiárika art, the patterns in each bottle tell a beautiful love story. Handcrafted without a stencil, the color and imagery on each bottle is unique, making no two bottles look the same.
