The XK1 is expertly engineered with an ergonomic design that allows you to hold your wrist at a comfortable, natural angle so you can efficiently chop, slice, and dice like a pro. The razor-sharp German steel blade uses your weight to make tough cuts with the power of a full length 8.5" blade while maintaining the precision you would expect from a shorter knife. When not in use, this knife stores neatly in the included acacia wood knife block for a beautiful presentation on any kitchen counter.
