Perhaps seen as more playful and functional (hands free) than a traditional clutch, the Lara Kazis Zigzag Wristlet was designed with a little more room to pack, which also allowed designer Larissa Ziegler to come up with an alternative "Zigzag" accordion-pleat pattern. Slightly expandable, given its bellow shape, it seems to best accentuate the trademark embossed pattern of the Lara Kazis handbag collection.

Lara Kazis was founded by Swiss fashion designer Larissa Ziegler, in 2009. The Lara Kazis handbag collection was originally an inspired design project, creating these leather goods for fun, and ultimately turned into a major success all around the world.

Inspiration for the bags originally came from the shape of a diamond. "I figured out a way to emboss the leather three dimensionally, without having to apply any additive to the leather—creating an interesting forms from the material itself."
