The Silver Series Handle Paring Knife is one of the most versatile knives. Ideal when close control of the blade is required, such as peeling, mincing, cleaning, and cutting vegetables. Meticulously handmade in the US, each of these knives is finished to perfection with Lamson's proprietary polishing and sharpening processes. The blades are forged from the finest high-carbon stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, and paired with sleek, sturdy handles of resin-infused ebony, natural wood or acrylic. Lamson blades are precision-forged using the traditional hot-drop method, tempered to the perfect hardness. The result is a harder, sharper blade that's both corrosion-resistant and highly elastic. These full tang blades feature triple-riveted handles to ensure an ideal balance and weight. A curved and recessed bolster provides a seamless transition from handle to blade, as well as comfortable thumb support for better control and safety.
