With 25+ years of experience riding boards (skateboards, snowboards, kiteboards, longboards, fat skis, surfboards), the founders of LaCroix Board Co. have matched their enthusiasm for technology with their love for any kind of board you can strap to your feet. Their name is inspired by the Mount Royal Mountain in the heart of Montreal. They've spent a lot of time testing their boards on Camilien-Houde road— Mount Royal's 2.6 mile long hill— which features an iconic cross (or “la croix” in French) on top.
