The crossed swords that comprise L'Epee's logo actually serve as a power reserve indicator for the clock, gradually moving apart until they are finally rendered in the surrender position after 40 days. This immaculate clock also features double retrograde seconds, and an in-line perpetual calendar, including the day, date, month, and year on jumping discs.
