Does this still come with every accessory included?

The saber does not come with all of the accessories included. This
particular model only comes with 3 accessories attached. Extra accessories can be purchased at Kyberlight.com

How long does it take to recharge?

It takes approximately 3 hours to recharge.

How do you change the color of the light?

You should be able to change colors by clicking the second button just
below the power button.
