For decades, the Kumesen Syuzou Distilling Co. has been expertly crafting traditional Okinawa spirits made from Indica Rice and Black Koji. In 1989, a very limited amount of their liquid masterpiece was laid into bourbon casks, and thus began the ever-patient process behind this award-winning expression of Kujira Single Grain Ryukyu Whisky.
