Del Cook has been a prominent figure on the global food scene since becoming a chef in 1993. He has extensive experience working in both urban and rural cooking environments across the world including Montreal, New York, HongKong, Osaka and Tokyo. In 2014 Del created a brand to represent a new vision for cooking knives and kitchen tools— Kikusumi. Blending traditional craftsmanship with high-tech materials, he designed a series of meticulously crafted knives and kitchen tools designed to function beautifully and inspire everyone to cook more.
