Fashioned with the spirit of the rare species of the Galapagos in mind, this folder has a full brass handle with a handcrafted picture of a bird flying across the ocean, decorated with two feathers closing in from each end. The liner lock mechanism is also composed of brass and includes Kengo's signature Peaks filework all throughout. The spine of the blade and the handle also is adorned in the same style of filework, and the blade includes a thumb stub for easy opening and increased usability. Forged with an easy release tab on the liner lock mechanism, it is easier to release the locking mechanism. With an overall size of 9" and an odd blade size of 3.6", this knife was designed with a small amount of curvature to keep it mostly straight yet slightly more inviting to hold.
