Why is this size more expensive then the 12 pack case?

This product "The Pouch" has 4 pockets, a shoulder strap, and a water proof inner liner! The Pouch can be used with or without ice, while the Kase Mate is designed to be used only without ice. The Pouch is more versatile and therefore a slightly higher price point!

Can this hold a bottle of wine?

If the bottle of wine / champagne does not have a very long "neck" then yes! We've been able to fit 2 with ice.

Can you use as lunch tote?

Yes! We see a ton of people use The Pouch as a lunch tote / lunch box during the day, and cooler during the weekend!
