The X-Large Steamer Set replaces the traditional bamboo base with terra-cotta. This natural material can absorb any excess moisture generated during steaming, so that you can be sure your food maintains it’s perfect moisture. To ensure a longer lifespan, the steamer pot and lid are made from fireproof ceramic, so that it is less likely to crack at higher temperatures.
