Stacking Drawers Dresser
Product Description
The Stacking Dresser is a perfect example of why the Smithsonian would bestow Byers with such an honor. With its gouged surface, asymmetrical design and fine finished details (all VOC-free paint and environmentally-safe lacquer), the Stacking Dresser is a collectable piece, suited for the new principles of quality American craftsmanship.
In 2011, John Eric Byers (director of Jeb Jones) was included in the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art—the oral history program—for his contributions as a leading american artist working with wood.
