Drum Table // Yellow
Product Description
The Drum Table is a design that acts as both side table and stool, depending on what your needs are any given time. It effectively resembles the aesthetic concept of the Cube Table—a finer and more "rough stroke" feel. The hand-tooled (sawn) surface in this case is all the more detailed, asymmetrical and finished with a thin coat of VOC-free black paint (as well as environmentally-safe lacquer). It's a textured look that offers both an intriguing form and proper function.
In 2011, John Eric Byers (director of Jeb Jones) was included in the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art—the oral history program—for his contributions as a leading American artist working with wood.
