Yes, this product is made with UV-resistant sunbrella fabric.

Is this product waterproof?

This product is weather resistant, and all components can withstand water. The inner EPS bead fill is not completely waterproof, but it is fine to be exposed to water as long as it is then dried out. If the product is rained on, we recommend flipping it over, possibly over a handrail or deck, and allowing it to fully drain / dry.
