Will this grater ever rust?

This grater is made using 100% stainless steel, which helps with resistance to rust - however, it is not rust-proof. We always recommend hand washing and drying after each use, and store in a cool, dry place. If moisture is left on the grater for extended periods of time, it will most likely rust. Any Jacob Bromwell® purchase is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee, however, this only covers manufacturer defects and problems due to poor craftsmanship.
