It is pre-owned. The watch was well taken care of previous owner(s). We had the watch and the buckle lightly polished and buffed to eliminate scratches, there are no dings. The watch was tested for accuracy and its in proper operating order. Additionally, it comes on a brand new OEM Zenith strap.
