What, exactly, is "bespoke tailoring?"

The Neapolitan tradition of hand tailoring and hand-finishing details that are incorporated into our off the rack suits are borne out of the tradition of "bespoke" or "custom made" which were incorporated by Naples-based custom tailors in the 19th Century. These traditions were learned and adapted from the finest London-based Savile Row tailors. The Neapolitan tailors adapted from the handwork traditions of Savile Row and developed their own tradition of custom made, which resulted in a softer, lighter, and more fluid garment than the London counterparts.
