Iberico Club

Only recently available in the United States, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is internationally recognized by food lovers and chefs as the finest ham in the world. With only 3 Spanish producers able to import into the United States, Iberico Club has made it it's mission to introduce these hams directly from Spain to the U.S. To do so the company has partnered with 300 farmers from Southwestern Spain to guarantee the highest grade of gourmet meats possible. The 100% Iberico breed pigs are exclusively fed grass and acorns on over 1.2 acres of holm oak forest before they are cured for 3 to 4 years and ready for consumption. Steeped in a rich history of mystery and romance, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is in fact "enlightenment in a mouthful."
