The Huglee blanket is designed to use in-doors, but it'll work outside, too. There are no materials or parts that would be incompatible with cold temperatures.

How do you wash one of these, given the glass beads in them?

0-12 lbs blankets are washable on Gentle.

12+ lbs blankets are only washable using commercial washers and dryers
on Gentle!

Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.
