2015 was an excellent vintage for white varietals in Sonoma County, due to an even and dry growing season followed by a picture-perfect harvest. This 2015 Huge Bear Sauvignon Blanc achieves its largesse and its jolt of juicy acidity thanks in part to whole cluster pressing and to the complete lack of oak during fermentation and maturation.

Preferring the refreshment and purity of Sauvignon Blanc done in stainless steel only, Huge Bear’s version of this perennially overlooked white is vibrant and zesty, with white peach and citrus fruit on both the nose and palate and a graceful finish that flirts between linear citrus and tropical mango. Ideal with seafoods, salads and chevre.
