To prepare Huel in the included shaker, the Huel team's favorite method is:

— Add 400ml of cold water - the colder the better
— Add 3 scoops of Huel.
— Add three ice cube (optional)
— Add a teaspoon of coffee granules (optional)
— Screw on shaker lid
— Hold your finger on the lid and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds
— Add 150ml more water via the spout shake again
— Taste! If it is too thick or too sweet, add more water via the spout

You can also use Huel like a flour to make cakes, cookies, and more. Just make sure to take into account the calories and nutritional content of the ingredients that you add, and adjust the amount of Huel you consume accordingly.
