The aroma smells of cooked agave in this silver tequila mix with fascinating herbal and floral notes. Sweet and herbaceous flavors of cooked agave are enhanced with a minty kick. The finish is smooth with a hint of spice. The Plata was bottled after distillation, and is great in a fine cocktail, neat, or over ice.
