And don't worry—your wallet and keys will be safely stored in the security pocket.

When using a traditional backpack, the static weight changes from when you're walking or running which can make it feel like you're carrying three times the weight of what's actually in your pack. Through patented Suspended Load Technology (SLT), the carried load of the Hiker is able to seamlessly move up and down with you. Whether you're running or walking, the load stays at a constant height with the ground, which ultimately helps to maintain a constant carrying weight.
