Why is it called a neck knife?

Generally, neck knives are small enough to be used as an EDC tool and are worn around the neck. Easy to pull out and be available for use.

Does this knife come with a necklace of some sort or any way to attach it to one?

The knife will come with a sheath with a loop in it for a necklace to be run through.

Alternatively, we have also added a hole in the handle for the necklace to be run through it.

Does the sheath have a belt or loop clip?

Yes, the blade comes with a sheath with a belt loop.
