The American-raised Tajima Wagyu is directly descended from the Tajima black Wagyu line. These animals are humanely raised and harvested with no added hormones or antibiotics.

Hand selected and perfectly aged, these steaks are the pinnacle of the American-raised Wagyu world. A perfect cut for those of you who want an experience that falls somewhere in-between A4 and A5 Japanese Wagyu, about 7-8 BMS on the Japanese marbling scale. Like foie gras, a little goes a long way and one steak is likely to satisfy two people.

Each steak is aged to perfection, then blast frozen and vacuum sealed to ensure they stay that way until you want to consume them. They will arrive frozen and are ready to store in a freezer or start thawing in the fridge for whenever you would like to enjoy.
