Product Description

Takamori Drunken Wagyu is incredibly rare and exclusively available at Holy Grail. These purebred cattle are raised in the village Takamori, Japan in the eastern part of the Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyushu. They feed on leftover fermented rice from the Dassai Sake Brewery, which gives the Wagyu its name.

For best results, place the steaks in a pan or dish and thaw over the course of 24 hours in your refrigerator. It's recommended to season the steaks 3-4 hours in advance to allow the salt to penetrate deeply into the steak.
