For best results, remove bag and place the ham on a rack in an open pan. Add 1/4 water to the pan, and bake in an oven at 325 degrees for 10 minutes per pound. Heat uncovered the first hour, then cover for the remaining time. Let it sit, uncovered, for 30 minutes before carving and serving.
