These steaks are all part of this Upper Prime collection and are hand-selected to be in the "upper" part of the marbling spectrum. These are some of the most tender, succulent, and juicy Black Angus steaks you can get. You won't find steaks like this at your local grocery store or butcher.

For best results, place the steaks in a pan or dish and allow them to thaw over the course of 24 to 48-hours in your refrigerator. Season the steaks 3-4 hours in advance to allow the salt to penetrate deeply into the steak, regardless of cooking method.
